2. Services & Pricing

Bell & Arch Consulting offers personalized, educational consulting services for students applying to college and their families. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Current pricing and details will be provided at the time of consultation or enrollment. Payment plans may be available upon request.

3. Enrollment & Payment Terms

To secure a spot in any program or package:

  • A non‑refundable deposit is required.
  • Asigned contract agreement is due which outlines the terms of the consulting work. .
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation of access to services.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits and payments are non‑refundable once services have begun or materials have been provided.

5. Service Delivery

Services may be delivered virtually, in person, or through digital content, as agreed upon at the time of enrollment. Bell & Arch Consulting does not guarantee admissions decisions or outcomes. 6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Respond to communication in a timely manner.
  • Respect the professional relationship and refrain from sharing proprietary content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute related to these terms or services shall be resolved in state or federal court located in Florida.
